As Chief Operating Officer for Indicate Media, I lead our team’s daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m passionate about connecting strategy, process, and workflow in a way that supports our long-term objectives. Most importantly, the goal is to empower our team and client partners to thrive.
My focus is on building systems that scale, encouraging innovation, and maintaining operational excellence across everything we do. I work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to create a high-performing, collaborative environment where people feel supported, inspired, and set up for success.
With a background in marketing, sales, and leadership, my experience over the past decade has centered on managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations. This foundation in execution, growth, and team development helps translate strategic goals into clear, repeatable processes that drive progress. A strong advocate for accountability, I work to foster a culture grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement. Every system we implement is designed to support our mission, vision, values, and elevate client partner outcomes.
Amara thrives on live music, especially performances that blend poetic lyrics with raw emotion. She gravitates toward bands like The Cure, The Shins, and Modest Mouse – artists celebrated for their distinctive sound and vivid storytelling.
When it’s time to unwind, she enjoys a glass of Glenlivet Scotch or a bold, complex wine. She also elevates entertaining with her signature charcuterie boards, carefully crafted to look as stunning as they taste.
A lifelong learner, Amara pursues personal growth with intention. She’s earned multiple certifications from Cornell University in Executive Leadership, Performance Leadership, and Brand Management. Whether she’s diving into a thought-provoking podcast or juggling multiple books at once, Amara constantly seeks out fresh ideas and diverse perspectives.
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, she balances her dynamic career and love of learning with a full, lively home. Life includes four incredible kids, two energetic dogs, two fluffy chinchillas, and a chaotic number of cats.
